Terms of use
By signing in to inMind you agree to these terms. They're short, so please read them.
The service
inMind is a personal planner for keeping track of tasks, contacts and notes. It's free to use and is provided by Leon Gosling (leongosling1@gmail.com).
Your account and content
- You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for what happens under it.
- What you put into inMind stays yours. I only use it to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy.
- Please don't use inMind for anything illegal, or to store other people's sensitive personal data (such as health or financial records) without their permission.
No guarantees
I'll do my best to keep inMind running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is". It may change, have bugs or be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of anything important; the "Download backup" button in the sidebar makes this easy.
As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss caused by using, or being unable to use, inMind. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Ending things
You can stop using inMind at any time and ask me to delete your data. I may suspend accounts that misuse the service, or close inMind altogether. If I close it, I'll give reasonable notice where I can so you can download your data.
Changes and law
I may update these terms. If I do, I'll change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
